Satisfactory Location and Helpful Staff
amazing location commercial area kind staff high noise limited elevator peak time delays
The location was amazing, with easy access to many places. There were commercial areas and good restaurants nearby (a great choice of dining!). The staff were very kind and had a familial approach to customer service. They provided service exceeding what general hotels offer.
I experienced an issue with the room. The noise level was a bit high at night. The limited elevator access caused some delays at peak times.

Really good Stay Near the Spanish Steps
equipped kitchen thoughtful gifts
The room had a well-equipped kitchen, so washing milk bottles and preparing solid food was easy. Franco and his team even arranged a car seat plus a bassinet, and they showered our little one with gifts. The room overlooking the patio let our toddler have fun watching people and enjoying meals, a lovely experience.
I was told the reception was open 8am-8pm, but upon departure, I was denied entry to retrieve my items. I had to wait outside in the heat, very disappointing given my health condition.

The hotel offers complimentary drinks and coffee, a great perk. There is access to a shared kitchen with all the necessary amenities for preparing light meals. Guests can also use the convenient taxi stand located directly in front of the building.

Franco and Emanuele organized tours and provided restaurant recommendations for us. They were able to secure bookings at our chosen restaurants plus knew the owners. They were also very helpful plus quick to respond to requests. WhatsApp communication was available.
